Last year I normally used to sleep at 11:00 PM and wake up at 6:00 AM. This year I sleep at 10:00 PM and wake up at 6:00 AM. I try to sleep earlier because if you sleep late you won't be motivated the next day because you are sleepy. Also if you sleep earlier you won't have a dark circle all over your eyes. I think it's good to sleep early so you can be healthy. I wanted to sleep at 9:00 PM but I have tutoring so I can't sleep at 9:00 PM.

Before I go to school I normally eat salad or fruits. It is really healthy to eat fruit and salad in the morning. For salad I normally mix tomatoe and lettuce together with some dressing on it. Sometimes we run out of tomatoes so I normally eat apples or oranges. When I come back from school I feel hungry so I normally eat snacks so for snack I normally eat 1 piece of cookie and a glass of milk.
In Sports Day we played lots of kind of games at school. We had 3 groups against each other. The kinds of groups were Red, Green and Gold(Yellow) team. There were lots of kind of games like noodle hockey, basketball and etc. My favorite game was noodle hockey. In hockey we usually use a hockey stick to play the game but in noodle hockey we use a noodle to play the game. Sadly our team losed in that game. At the end we played a game called Tug Of War. First red team was in first place and green team was on second place then we played Tug Of War we were tied but the teachers made it fair and they put the teams in regular places. I had so much fun at Sports Day but when I went back home I was so tired and I just laid on bed and watched TV. This is Green Team playing Tug Of War at the end of the game.
